this gps is in the usa. it does not allow you to watch tv wile you drive. it has a speed sensor and if your driving the tv feature shuts itsself off. most gps units have multimedia ability. even pretty much all tomtom units have been hacked to play meda from the sd card. but you need to be in gps mode to use the gps the media hack is a duel boot style.
