Remember you are in Cuba, so scale down your expectations and enjoy whatever you experience. You are in a communist country and material goods are scarce. In this hotel you are in an environment unattainable to essentially all Cubans. 5* here is not international 5*. The oppulence at the all-inclusive buffet is totally jaw-dropping by Cuban standards, however, even though as a spoiled international tourist you may have seen better in a 5* establishment.
@Dorisequador The food is very good (you can't be finicky when you go to Cuba though!) and the bus ride is about 50 minutes long that's probably the down part but the rest makes up for it!

Fantastic place. I was there a couple of years ago, amazing beach, sand up to your ankles!
