In my opinion Castro does not have much longer time ahead. Besides his advanced age, his health is not so fine. He is writing instead. Cuba might be experiencing a change in the future. Lula is not a dictator, and he payed a visit to a President who is ill. This seems very kind of a person. Lula has visited many countries and also the Middle East, Scandinavia, Asia, Africa and other countries. Which President made so many efforts for international relations in such a short time?

I am Brazilian too, but I do not agree with you. President Lula is the man who brought Brazil to economy growth, noticeable international relations, etc. I just see the good results in Brazil. This is my criteria for measuring a politician´s performance. Cuba is another country and Castro another President. Lula has been in visit to the Middle East, Europe, Scandinavia, Africa, Asia... I think his visit to Castro has nothing wrong. He also visited other presidents of different government lines.
