  • I hated the No 1 brush and returned it promptly. It is way overpriced and too flimsy. Very very very disappointed. I have a couple other HG brushes that I like but not this one. I agree that it is incredibly soft and never shed. Just not a brush I would ever use.

  • Okay, I watched this at 3 in the morning and can't remember if I left a comment. Great video. Saving it to my favorites:))

  • I just love the fact that you are a guy who understands how to enhance his beauty through makeup. Your skin looks flawless. Those brushes are art in themselves.

  • @gclay20 Thanks! And the brushes are amazing :]

  • @JOSHCOLLIERMUA COULD U TRY MAYBELLIENE'S DREAM SATIN LIQUID FOUNDATION AND REVIEW IT PLEASE??

  • Oh wow, new packaging (colours) and seems they have expanded the brush range since I last checked :) awesome!! now i just need a few more of them hehehe

  • Hourglass brushes YAY!! I only have the #2 at the moment, but want the crease brush too :) Loves loves the packaging and the quality you get from Hourglass.

  • So... in general is it safe to spot clean all synthetic brushes w/ alcohol?

  • @TheKaykre I would definitely say so :D

  • How does the hourglass mineral veil stand up against oily skin? Looking for a good primer with SPF that can help control oil and make foundation last!

  • @ForEvrMusic It's the only primer I've ever tried that actually doesn't make me greasy.

  • These brushes look so amazing! I want the #2 one. I visited the Hourglass counter at Sephora recently and I loved the products I tested. I can't wait to get the lash laquer. Their packaging is so rich. Thanks for introducing me to this line!

  • @imjustamomintheworld Anytime! And yes -- get the lacquer! It's such an amazing product!

  • You're amazing!!

  • Great Review! I love working with the Hourglass brushes! They are heaven! However, I must say that I've been cleaning my natural bristle brushes with medical grade isopropyl alcohol for years and it doesn't compromise the integrity of the hairs. I have found that they are actually much softer and much stronger. Just sayin..

  • Great review Josh! You mentioned that you wear flesh-toned eyeliner on your inner rim. My inner rim is quite red and so I also use flesh-toned eyeliner. What are your favorites for this? Thanks!

  • @BeeMuse11 It's the NARS Larger Than Life Eyeliner in Rue Bonaparte. :D

  • man...I want those hourglass brushes!!!

  • love you and youre knowledge :))

  • I don't think these are even sold in Australia but they look AMAZING.

  • also can you nae the hourglass cmtcs for oily skins?? couse mostly are waterproof and oil free?

  • @wandabh Check out the video I just posted on their new oil controlling foundation! :D

  • can you name your nail poilsh??

  • @wandabh Rimmel Lasting Finish Top Coat.

  • So much info about a product. That is what I love about your videos.

  • I bought my first Hourglass product last week - Femme Rouge lipstick in Ballet. It's very pretty :) Definitely want to buy more Hourglass things!

  • @spiffyjellybean They're definitely addicting. :D

  • Gah, the fantastic lemmings you give me! I'd be more eager to try this brand if their cream cheek products didn't always have a bronzer attached to them, but as soon as they start selling cream blushes and highlighters separately...I'mma be a gonner.

Your lashes look FANTASTIC here, by the way.

  • @kragey Thank you! :D

  • I love your channel and videos, but i just wanted to let you know that it depends on the type of alcohol that can dry out hair. Because there are different types of alcohol's that are used in various hair care products and the concentration formulation makes a difference too.

  • This is a nice reference video. I work at Sephora and I have the n2 brush, and I always go towards that brush for foundation applications.

  • What happened to number six?

  • @TheSeptembergurl And number seven?? ox

  • @TheSeptembergurl I believe it was the Retractable, but they got rid of the number!

  • $65?!?!?!!!!!! Mannnn. They're all $25+ :( I wish i was richer. seriously i am so interested.

  • @CCao7k Sephora F&F or Hourglass F&F is a perfect time to treat yourself! All of them are definitely worth the investment though! <3

  • <3 I SO look forward to your videos!

  • :) Hi love your videos

  • @sarahnino1202 Aww, thanks! :D
