  • Even if the police is in plain clothes... why still struggle and kick around in a freaking POLICE STATION just for a urine test? The kid's just plain stupid!!

  • try visit China than u know how cina communist live than after u back here u will understand why Malaysia Government like this..they want to save u not to be China..my experience people in China are so politely..and I told them why cina malaysian are not like them and they said the cina Malaysian are forgotten from their own motherland..than now after 1 years back home to Malaysia me and my Chinese Beijing wife are realize what happen to us and my Malaysian...too sad and give up bout that...

  • I've been working 4 years in Shanghai...better if u got some idea and join the communism nobody will crack the rule..wow just imagine how nice if we are communism country like People Republic Of China..u Malaysia Cina better do that..my opinion.

  • disgusted over the action of the police force parent were not inform of his arrest poor boy got no chance to call his parents. Is he a criminal?? That was brutally beaten up. Mind you untill the person is a not found guilty his not a criminal. Unable to respect malaysia police force. Not professional, abuse authority and power. Tell the truth. The truth will prevail. Calling human right to assist JUSTICE!!

  • one malaysia?

  • Malaysia Ohh Malaysia!

First of all how would a kid like him inflict such bruises like him on his eyes? By punching himself?

I believe racism is the issue here. Lets see if it would happen if it were to be a Malay kid. We chinese are being treated like 3 citizens. Its not like we choose to stay in Malaysia but there are no other choices cos we were born here. If we chinese get to pick we would pick anywhere else, and see how u malays cope.

    Corrupted?More like Racist Corrupted Bastards.

  • its pdrm again ,, asssholes . they killed kugan n no actoin taken .. wake up malaysian n put a stop to police brutality coz they are racist bastards .. dogs will always b dogs .. motherfuckers .. sumbody should beat the police up until they shit in their own pants ... respect the public coz u are public servants not politicians ... POWER TO THY PEOPLE ..

  • When police wants to do random checks and questioning, should you "struggle a little bit" and kick around? If this boy is in US or even UK sure at least 3 policemen pin him down for resisting drug checks outside clubs. It's just a freaking urine test! Why the resistance and struggle?

  • Perfect example of stupidity by both sides. The police should've avoided exceeding force.

But THIS STUDENT IS NOT SMART EITHER. When any policeman approach you, challenge them back or run! If the bring you to the police station for urine test, "struggle a little bit" and kick around. Which free country should you do that?

And after don't be surprised when lawyers, politicians and racists in sheep's skin take advantage of you.

"Every time a lion kills, it is the jackals who get the benefit".

  • Agree with you 100%, the politicians are just taking advantage of the situations.

  • LOL Malaysia, TRUELY Asia!

  • polis pakar tangkap, tukang buli dan kaki pukul...Polis Raja di Malaysia!!!! : )

  • Polis Malaysia

    pui!

  • From what i can understand, i believe that both side are wrong. Both the Chinese boy ( Koh Chon Weng) and the Police force.

    1. For no apparent reason, the police won't arrest you unless you did something or your friends did something.

    2. The word struggle means that he fight back, in which why should you fight the police. You all know the rules, you fight police what will happen.

3.The police could turn around saying that you fought back and they were just protecting themselves.

  • 1. Before the court declare fault to a person, that person would not be encountered criminal. Furthermore, police has no right to do brutality action to a suspected or declared fault person.

2.I wondered are you Malaysian? the police has right to beat a person if the person struggle? Malaysia has no law ?

    3. A person came to police station without bringing any offenses weapon. What can the person fought back ?

  • 1.Even after the court declare you a criminal, police can't us any kind of brutality.

2.I am a Malaysian, a Malaysian that was treated badly in a police station. Malaysia has law, in which i believe you don't really know or realize about.

3.You don't have to bring any weapon, the minute you lay a hand on a cop, that means you're a criminal.

  • bro, an assault on a police officer with weapon or not, is a crime, no matter what country you are in.

  • Budak ni samseng taik kucing. Kira apprentice "Ah Long." Patut le kena pukul.

  • you dont classify all chinese malaysians as gangsters or loan sharks.

    you numbskull.

  • not all police are bad but those bad one must be sack and sue in court.

  • why dont police just give the reason for the arrest..at least they didn`t have to repair for the broken glass door :P

  • That girl at the end of the vid just makes me laugh. ".. the police should be more careful in their investigation.." How is it can the police be "more careful in their investigation"? You would say "be careful" when you are trying to not do some unintentional thing, like "hey be careful and don't spill that". In this case, the police men involved intended to beat him up, i'm sure it didnt go like this, "oops I punched him in the eye again".

  • Malaysia should stop using that tourism tagline, Malaysia, Truly Asia", because Malaysia just gives a bad rep to the whole of Asia.

  • bein a malaysian chinese what you said is...kinda true :\

  • just like what the nWa (Dr Dre's former band) said... "FxxK THE POLIS!!"

  • dont f**k police la bro..not all of them use brutality during their work..kalau police xde,u da mati oo suda kne rompak bunuh rogol liwat kalau die xde maw tangkap2 orang jahat..maybe some of them je..

  • He shouldn't intend to fight at the beginning. He should show he is willing to co-operate with the police, give them some RM50 notes, say sorry, and talk to the police in smile. I believe the case will be totally different if handle in this way.

Right or wrong is one thing. Solving problem using the correct method is another thing. If you feel unfair, you should join politics, and help yourself and other people who you think wasn't being treated fairly.

  • But we cant be spoonfeeding the Malaysian police with rasuah all the time then they will think it's okay to accept the rasuah, as they already do now.

  • seriously,mr. gobind ,think you may have a stonger case if u look into the incident at Chemor..if perception serves me rite, just objecting to excessive force on another person by cops got him arrested ,brutalized till he had to be hospitalized..accountability,teach them what it means.!!

  • all about power' "siapa punya penis lebih besar"

syndrome.if he really had a few drinks, and was verbally abusive to me ,and i have a badge that gives me "power" to put him in his place. I Would.! thinking..

Kurang ajar, saya punya lebih besar la"

    saya polis.!!

  • polis pakar tangkap, tukang buli dan kaki pukul...Poli$ Raja Di Malaysia tak gitu??

  • Polis rasuh sebab rakyat! rakyat yg suke buat salah lepas tuh nak lepas dengan cara senang. SEBAB KO ORANG LAH POLIS RASUH! kena tahan sikit jerk merayu satle kat situ gak tak payah pergi balai. lepas tuh kutuk polis tuh ambik rasuh? Ko orang ingat best sangat ke kerje polis nih ... ??

  • Even if a civilian tries to offer rasuah, a real, rightful policeman wouldn't even accept it. Only greedy, untrustworthy, lazy and stupid police officers will accept the rasuah. So your excuse is not valid. Whether the person offers it or not, the police should NEVER accept it. So in the end, it's the policeman's job for not doing the right thing. Sometimes, the police themselves asks for rasuah. So, is that our fault as well? Think before you talk please.

  • Polis are also human beings, and has a tendency to be selfish at times. Polis rasuh sebab rakyat? Gunalah otak once in a while to understand the complications. We rakyat merayu because we are stingy, insecure and defensive towards polis while being aware that some laws are being broken. My point is a true polis should utilize laws set by the country and berhenti rasuah by any means, also if nangis, rayu, seduce or bagi chance... That's how it rolls!

  • no matter wat la. how can the police abuse this kid ? even murderers must be proven guilty before sentencing . admit lar. malaysian police where got standard. Biggest gangster in our country is the police la. Most of these policemen are from kampung. havent even seen the city. no education somemore. Real offenders can get away with a mere rm50. Malaysian police force.. prostitute of the country.

  • well said. this police force in Malaysia is going down the drain. where is the standard? What's the qualifications to be a policeman? Do they have even a degree in their hands? Most of them have no job so they entered the police forces and abuse their power just by being the god dam policeman.

in whatever cases just give them RM 15 so they can shut the fuck up for you. fucking poor fucks. no integrity. fucking corrupted shit.

  • "cops beat me black and blue because i was recruiting highschool students into chinese triad"

  • OLD NEWS PAPER

    OLD NEWS PAPER

  • Tutup je semua kelab malam tu. Tak de faedah. smua jingjang ngan india mabuk takde reja bawak kereta langgar orang. Mana yang black n blue tu?

  • I hold a PhD in Humanities. Believe it or not, for a "suka mabuk-jingjang" like me, I'd love to visit the so called "kelab-kelab malam yang takde faedah" ocassionally to de-stress after or while working on some journals or articles. So the next time you think that night clubs should be closed, think of non-Muslims who wishes that mosques should be close down due to noise pollution(am I making any sense?). Gunalah otak kawan, jgn guna "smua" generalizing all jingjang ngan india are drunk drivers.

  • Obviously you don't have any education. Nightclubs generate business, therefore indirectly increases money circulation blah blah blah blah blah blah thus increasing the economy

(no point to write so much since I know you won't understand anyway)

  • Its time for you to learn some respect. Comment using your brain Garubolas, not your hatred towards the Indian and Chinese community.

  • - The police, in this case, have acted like kidnappers!

    - The only difference is they have a badge!

    - We need the damn IPCMC RIGHT NOW!!!!!!

  • - If he was really drunk, as claimed by the police or some ill-informed individuals here, was it necessary to arrest him?

    - Even if he talking loudly or acting aggressively, can the police not see the big picture? The boy attended a CLUBBING event and had a few drinks. That would hype me up if the police then came to arrest WITHOUT giving me a GODDAMN REASON.

  • Well done police, I believe that police not simply punish him. something wrong was done by that guy. That Singh was take advantage for political gain and making profit. For now and onward, WE are malaysian people are boring with yr acting. always blame goverment, and more negative to police. Surely if you follow the rules, nobody would touch you.

  • - What about wearing a black T-shirt? Is that illegal? Did it warrant the arrest by the police?

    - What about celebrating someone's birthday outdoors? Singing the birthday song? Is that illegal?

  • This rascal was drunk!!

  • - Prove it!

  • I think people more afraid to the police than to the robbery and crimes in malaysia.

  • OMG!!!! how could policemen do such thing.. they have no what so ever rights to do such thing.. the student is also human.. so treat him like one.. i cant help but say m'asian policemen are really out of contorl!!

  • How can we count on PDRM when they suppose to protect us from danger and harm instead of harming us more! Sadzzz

  • police on this country was rasuah...rude all d time..juz 4get bout it...this is wad cal MALAYSIA~~~

  • thats what you got for resisting arrest. why cant you people just chill ?

  • alamak jus come out from club ,"mabuk la" mouthing off probly, filled wif the "spirit" of confrontation

  • pakai baju pokemon ker tuh

  • well,i think there is surely something wrong with tis guy.there is no reason police would beaten someone up for nothing

  • That's not the issue. Sure, the guy COULD have done something stupid that might have gotten him into trouble, but it's how the policemen conducted themselves. They have no discipline whatsoever, they think they're above the law just because they have the uniform and title.

In countries like Australia, there's an inquiry at even the slightest reason to question a policeman's actions. That's how they have policemen who are well respected and honoured by the public.

  • hahaha. this shows how stupid you are.

  • stop the rhetoric bout brutallity,do something ,review the damned methods used by the police, make it illegal for the police to impose certain interogation tecnics, make them accountabl by law.

we need pros in the force not bunch of bullying gangsters hiding behind the law,

its the mentality "mabuk kuasa"can even get away wif murder."WE re protected" thinking.

  • - As per the AKTA POLIS 1967, the person to be arrested must be informed of the reasons of arrest by the police constable or persons assisting the arrest, unless it is impracticable to do so.

    - The Malaysian Police have breached this provision as no reason was given.

  • I feel bad for the guy.

  • A good policeman is a good man when having a good president ~ Ariji

    :D

  • bro ... polis yg beduk dia tuh polis bantuan jerk yg duk kat sunway. aku duk subang dekat ng sunway jek .. semingu 2 kali aku pergi sunway tapi aku tak pernah pun kena layan macam nih. 11 tahun duk dekat subang okey jerk.

  • - You may have been lucky throughout the 11 years. But will you be lucky forever?

    - What happens when that unlucky comes when you are illegally arrested, physically assaulted and abused, and denied access to your family and medical care? What will you do?

  • Najib probably doesn't deserve the blame for the appalling statet that PDRM is in, that should go to the previous Prime Ministers and each of their corrupt/apathetic ministers. But every bit of the blame will certainly fall on him if he continues to leave this problem unchecked.

  • why people always got assault by government officer but doesn't remember any batch no??..

  • Dude, they were in plainclothes, not in uniform.....where got badge no ah?

  • cek ni pak polisi ker??..-Kami mendorong dan menyokong perjuangan Melayu di seluruh dunia yang mempunyai cerita, sejarah, lagenda, video, lagu-lagu dan sebagainya.

  • - According to M'kini:

"When I asked them why he was arrested, the police officer said that my son

had assaulted a policeman and broke the glass door.

"As for his injuries, I was told that my son had knocked himself against the

wall," added the 50-year-old mechanic with the look of disbelief etched on

    his face.

    - This proves, police raja DI malaysia. SAD!

  • Its no longer PDRM, they have change it to PRDM...P. Raja Di Malaysia

  • BODOH PUNYA POLIS!!! BODOH 100XXX...

argh!!!!!!.. PDRM yang mundur dari segi kesedaran Sivik... speechless... totally speechless!

  • YB GOBIND,

We as citizens of MAS, would express unanimously

calling your goodself to take serious & stren action aganist the police prastising animals' act on any citizens. We,MAS citizens r 100% rallying behind your goodself to fight any such act.

We, MAS citizens hope 2 C that such police would receive what they send.

We also urge d IGP & d Home Minister to conduct thoroughly investigation against such animals & come out wt something, dat rakyat want to.....

  • police can kill citizen. Altantuya case proved it. Beat people is small matter hahah...

  • well .. its wrong to hurt anyone.harm n cause injury is babaric.I think goverment need to hold these police officers n handcarf them n let this 20 yo beat them back black n blue

  • Its oKay laa 'Injuries were self-inflicted' CPO: He was drunk, disorderly . its okay to bash up if you are drunk . hahaha CPO Cruel Palm Oil . The world is watching SURE. Now I am afraid of not only criminal guess whoelse. I M angry. angry tax payer

  • To All Malaysians!!

Let us all stop UMNO POLICE brutallity.......VOTE PAKATAN RAKYAT!!

  • These so called COPS are no better then the street gangsters. Hit first and prove later. Easy job for them. It seems these police are not professional as their title suggested. Detective, OCPD, Special Branch & so on. They are only tukang sapu BN. That is why the crime warlord is operating under their nose; in other words harboring big time criminals.

PDRM is only a bunch of corrupted gov department; so called law enforcers; they themselves are above the law.

    PDRM=POLIS DIRASUAH MALAYSIA

  • Police can corrupt and arrest without reason. Worse than communist....

  • Polis dah tak dak kerja lain... susah nak tangkap criminals nowadays, so depa tangkap orang yang tak bersalah sebabnya kerja senang. Contoh, tangkap speed trap, langgar lampu merah, pegi kelab, tak bawak IC, bawak motor walaupun bukan Mat Rempit, pakai baju hitam, pasang lilin/ pelita, dan macam-macam lagi... Mana perginya cogankata 'Sedia Berkhidmat'?

  • this is no longer a news... BN kerajaan samseng, memang juga dengan police.

  • DID U SEE THE MIC ON THE PRESS CONFERENCE ??? there is no rtm...tv3...ntv..and any other main stream media...

so ... this is the malaysia way...to block the truth reach to all !!!

    an old way...but effective!!!

  • Another brutality..Damn

  • The Malaysian government is as corrupted as the police or even worst. They would just try to bullshit their way through, wave some cash like they always do. despicable.

  • That's malaysia. Dont expect the police to be any better than that.. they r good in beating up handcuffed ppl..challenge them wid a pistol! bet they will kneel down to u..and if this kid's parents voted for BN, good on u..

  • what can you do?.... malaysia police is gangster yang ada license lah... you dont know ka? ....

  • This is sick. I have a friend who was humiliated by plainclothes police in a cybercafe along with other patrons there. When he reported it to the newspapers, the police chief denied it and said he was lying. This happened awhile ago, I think 2005 - 2006, it was reported in The Star. The police are to serve and protect the people, not to abuse their powers and criminalise innocent victims.

  • legal gangsters.

  • sue the police

sorry la kalau statement aku tadi buat korang tak puas hati..aku tarik balik apa aku ckp td.. :)

apa pun apa yang polis buat tu mmg salah..mana boleh pukul2 kalau belum ada bukti..even kalau dah ada bukti pun mana boleh pukul2..bia mahkamah la yg menentukan..

    ps: NO bad Words...

  • I don't get it though, if a person is supposedly close to God, doesn't that mean that their character would closely resemble God's holiness as well. In that case there shouldn't be any problem's going to a night club since it's just a place to dance and work off some extra energy. Unless of course that person isn't as close to God as one would think.

  • ok alienara, i respect your view, but i dont totally agree..

this is not the suitable place to discuss about this..i'm sorry because start this issue..

    ok..now...back to topic..

about the issue of "police Brutality"..

  • Okay..I accept your apologies.Lain kali fikir dulu sebelum cakap.Malaysia negara demokrasi.Bebas beragama dan juga tidak beragama. Now the issues is police brutality..Not to question weather this guy should felt sorry if he went clubbing. Thanks for replying.

  • ok bro..tQ n welcome.. :)

  • great job, so first of all Malaysia's parliament is subject to a case study for political uni students and now our police beats up students... bloody joke of the world. i want my income tax back please, i would rather set up my own security company to protect myself... pay myself better than pay the govt to beat me up.

  • Fuck The Police

  • - I have a younger brother whose the same age as the victim in question. I'm starting to feel worried for his safety.

    - Again, we need the IPCMC!

  • what is wrong with our police nowaday. I pay income tax ??????? where is the law . Imagine if it were to be you the 1 got beaten up. where is everybody suhakam politician human rights I am ANGRY

  • Malaysia boleh!!

  • self infliction?gee...is that the same excuse when anwar been beaten up in the police custody a long time ago? not to critique somebody but just the sake of curiosity.

  • Yes that's the same excuse given. Who the fuck would even believe that?
