I like the tires, did they come with white lettering or did you paint them? And if you did, what kind of paint?

silver pen paint in the craft section at walmart. Get the one with a fine point and wide.

where did you drill the whole at?

As close to the center of the baffle as possible. I used a extra long bit from home Depot about $6.00.
