Numerous DNA tests have been conducted since the early 90's, all of which have categorically proven that Anna Anderson was not the Grand Duchess Anastasia, and that she was in fact a Polish factory worker who had disappeared at approximately the same time that Anderson began claiming to be Anastasia.
