  • I can relate. He seemed like a great guy and one hell of a drummer. I saw Silkworm play the Satiricon on his birthday back in the late 90's. In the midst of their set Michael's parents come out with a birthday cake for him full of candles. With a big smile he got up, came out into the audience, made a wish, blew out the candles, hugged his parents and went back behind the drum kit and continued the show. It was awesome.
