No it's not true only one person can bring back people from the dead, that is Jesus Christ. A human is dead because the human spirit is no longer in the body. Frankenstein castle is real, as was Dr. Frankestein, but the mutant himself was not. Dr. Frankestein was said to be insane, he was a grave-robber, and young villagers would spread rumours back then about "undead experiments", and Dr. Frankenstein was belived to try such things, but failed. His castle was torched because the villagers were terrified, that was back in the era where witches were suspected to be real.
