That depends, some have an auto-installer, but most you have to put in the TRAINSET folder, then add them into a consist using ConBuilder or the MSTS Activity editor.

No, you can't download an auto-installer for every piece of content ever created. Some have it, like the K4 in this video, but some don't, like the coaches.

I've got an Uncle Ed, I'm not sure if he's going to hold out much longer. A few months (like christmas time) ago, he said that he was worried that the wind would blow him away. My dad said, "When he was a kid, Uncle Ed would take him to the tracks to watch a train go by. But that was the 60's. -Brandon
