  • good message

  • great vids, dan

  • Odd, I just added a "rejected" page to one of my websites last night. I thought those people you mentioned were born fearless, so this is truly inspiring.

  • Nice message - again. A few years ago I was dealing with my fear of rejection...an admittedly ongoing process, and I wrote this quote from Shakespeare on my wall. I find it inspiring and maybe someone else will, too. "Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win by fearing to attempt". Nice, huh?

  • Very well done, mate. Very well done. All the best!

  • Hello Daniel, I jsut watched 2 of your videos and will be watching the rest following this little comment. You are truly inspiring - and you seem real solid too. Thanks for lighting our paths man! Oh yeah, I am subscribing!

  • you rock peace to ya'

  • You're right, the fear of rejection can indeed be paralyzing. I enjoy hearing what you have to say, you speak very well =)

  • Well spoken, man .. i think you could be a good leader some day

  • I have just watched all your videos and you have just earned a new subscriber.

    Take Care.

    Health & Happiness

    Regards & Best Wishes,

    Andy

  • Thank you, Daniel. You are very well-spoken. I have the same fears and have to resolve the same things.

    Peace

  • Brilliant man!

  • cool guy!!!! ciao from rome Italy LUCA

  • Oh everyone is fighting here o.O

    Cool vid :) i like :))

  • Hey, Daniel you should get a theme song or background music lol ^.^, check out some of my piano vids I think you'd like my motivational/inspiration one.. it's good as background music for speakers

  • Simply amazing....

  • you are honest,courageous,insightful..ignore the haters..on every path we take,we always are confronted with people who have their own agenda..learning to detect it and developing a thick skin is key to success..think of how many talented, brilliant performers, writers, artists, scientists were labeled as crazy and not appreciated until their work stood the test of time...keep at it while you are young...

  • You are right! I'm looking forward to your next videos.

    I wish you much success.

  • i digg this

  • Well put. I wish you much success in your life.

  • I pity you. So much hate. It's a shame that you can't enjoy your life because you spend it hating it. Shame.

  • forget the bullshit they taught you about "true" leaders, daniel stringer: charismatic, outstanding characters like gandhi, king,... didnt have followers because they tried to head a group they had them because they didnt (leadership logically antagonizes equality).

  • as long as this earth is peopled by young idealistic folks like dan and you i am worrying little about a bright future of our blue planet, thevaliantdead.

hey, dont let your dreams slip away over the years to come.... live up to them.

  • Daniel, I REALLY look forward to seeing more of your videos! I've already suscribed to you after hearing your 'I have a dream project' and everything you say really hits home with me.

  • I've been going through the same thing, and I'm even thinking about not going to prom, just because I couldn't get myself to ask the girl I wanted to ask. Now...some other guy has asked her, and if I still want to go I would have to take someone I don't know as well. Your videos are really inspiring and show a valid point that everyone here can see(even the haters). Thanks for being a great person!

  • Not at all. If you read your ToS and Code of Conduct that you agreed to when you signed up at YouTube, you'll see that I'm suggesting you block someone who is violating that agreement. Specifically "we don't permit hate speech which contains slurs or the malicious use of stereotypes intended to attack or demean a particular gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or nationality."

  • Great message Daniel. Ignore the hateful comments. They are made by pathetic, sad little-minded people. They are an embarrassment to our race.

  • The best way to deal with ignorant bigots like TMC88888 and AMHumyea is to mark them as spam then go to their channels and block them. You have to click on "block user" several times before it takes.

  • good job keep the vidoes coming!

  • great to let me watch another vid by you, daniel stringer!

neuroses can be understood as failed efforts to relieve yourself of feelings of inferiority to gain dominance. if you dont give a fuck for gaining dominance beforehand you easily can deal with rejections, i think.

  • very good video

  • StraightUp:) nice reminder

  • Thank you for posting another video! You're so sincere, and I like that. Rejection *can* make us stronger, and I'm glad making this video helped you sort out your own problem! =)

  • Very Very good Daniel. Thank you for posting this.

    x3

  • All you're points are valid. No one likes rejection. I'm 58 years old and have experienced rejection but many times when I thought I would be rejected, I wasn't. I'm going to bat for a friend right now and have a fear that I will be rejected but that wont stop me. Whats the worst that can happen? No. Ok I'll find another avenue of approach to the problem. Keep pushing. Looking forward to more of your videos.

  • wow, im just in a moment of my life where im afraid of rejection. then i come upon this video on youtube. thank you daniel.

  • You're absolutley right. Well said.

  • qft

  • I wondered if you'd ever post again after all the hate & insults hurled at you. I'm so glad you did. We all fear rejection, regardless of age, race, nationality, religion or education. Rejection isn't necessarily bad though. Especially if you view it as a fork in the road, not a stop sign. Rejection can get you thinking about changing course, improving approach, etc.

  • Some of the best things that have happened to me only happened after a rejection that made me tweak my goals a bit. Not give them up, just go at them from a different direction.

As for dating rejection, that can be a really good thing too. The first guy I asked to a Sadie Hawkins dance turned me down, so I asked the man who's now been my husband for over 30 years. I wouldn't change that rejection for anything.

  • (stupid YouTube character limit!) >-(

  • Great story about your husband.

  • your videos really ring true for me...ignore the stupid, rude, ignorant, racist comments from your last video; I'm sure I'm not the only one who truly admires a great concept, and hopes that you will continue to share your thoughts with us. Peace

  • wow....your right

  • SECOND LOL

  • first!

thank you for making a new video. i wasn't sure if you would after being bombarded by being on the front page. this is good video, thank you for sharing your thoughts.
