Detention time extension is no guarantee of helping case for trial.

Release of one NHS Dr for staying in jail,over his likely punishment is evident,that holding without trial doesn't help in the case for trial.

It is the fact,that most of the terror related cases brought forward had been speculative & evidence of involvement in any wrong doing are as frivolous, like Mr. White quoting some unknown person that while in Iraq Dr. Abdullah had bad mouthed against UK.
