  • Opened Take That concert with this song in Sunderland 2011 BRILLIANT!

  • Where can I get a CD with this song? I purchased one recently on ebay and its all "re-mixes" and not this version!

  • @Toni7859 hi there this version is on the best of psb or even better buy the please album more tracks like this cheers

  • i agree

  • <3

  • epic tune, wish i was there! well i was but aged 2...

  • All the way from a Catholic School in Newcastle to TOTP, amazing really?

  • an absolutely awesome 80s song, and from the brilliant top of the pops, Thursday night, our only connection with music UN-like today's internet.when people cared about music.not like the utter shite that's out now.

  • There is no doubt the lads played a very straight heterosexual role early on.I remember Neil being ask was he gay, he always declined to comment.I was shocked when they admitted they were gay as i went around all my mates proclaiming how great they were.Obviously being straight i was rather embarrassed when they came out lol.Anyway i was only 15, and very naive lol.It wasn't cool to say you were gay in them days, how things have changed for the better.

  • @bunchlead Homophobic 80s dude-society is different now.

  • @bunchlead Pretty sure Chris is straight

  • Pet shop Rock!

  • am so rocking the 80's me era my time love it

  • oh man you've got to love the floppy drives on the keyboard...

  • Sometimes you're better off dead

There's a gun in your hand and it's pointing at your head

You think you're mad too unstable

Kicking in chairs and knocking down tables

In a restaurant in a West End town

    Call the police

    There's a madman around

Running down underground to a dive bar

    In a West End town

esa cancion me recuerda a mi hermanito que lo kelo muchop

  • I LOVE!!!! PSB ****** amsterdaM cuLture

  • Thanks, 80smusicdude for posting those GREAT FANTASTIC pet shop boys vid's !

  • Wir haben in Musik einen eigenen Song geschrieben und mein Lehrer hat gesagt, dass das so ähnlich klingt wie das :D find ich zwar gar nicht aber egal

  • This would get even the most dead ...dancing again....And if you didn't , we would mosh ya .....Fly Baby FLY

  • many of the bands who emerged in the 80's are still goin strong and PSB's have continued to make brill music including YES which has been a massive seller along with the current world tour which see the lads play at the 58000 seater venue in south america in october, the Pets are one of my fave bands,

  • if they made more music it just be better place to live.

  • love it

  • One of my favourit 80's song!

  • mine too! It makes me feel so eighty-ish!

  • mine's too darling i jux love dis song to death..dis still my jam!!

  • This was one of the songs I could never remember the name of but would go crazy trying to request it at the clubs back when i was a breakdancer its still awesome

  • The sex drips off Neil Tennant in this. Yes I am sad but I was quite mad on him in my teen years.

  • no ur not sad darling i was stuck on him azz well darling i think every body was..Lol!!

  • miming (((

  • they have written some of the greatest songs but are definitely not performers. Quite honestly, Neil could have gone it alone with Chris just staying out of the limelight, god knows he looks so disinterested on being in front of the camera.

  • Fabulous live version of this very cool PSB song--Faved instantly and 5*stars from Mikey!

  • well it was kinda their first!

  • WHAT A CLASSIC - this is the SONG that began my love for this duo!
