I'm not gonna lie, from the commentary, you really dont know what your doing. You do know that a healthy nile monitor will get 5-7 feet right? A friend of mine as 2 niles, one is 6'9feet, and the other is 6'4. Are you really prepared for that? Also ditch the scrambled eggs, and ground turkey. Monitors should be eating all whole foods. Mice,rats,chicks, quail, feeder roaches. Those are good feeders, the ones you mentioned earlier are not. What is your basking temp? Its should be between 130f-150f

Actually, I'll post a vid showing my argus monitor, when I get a camcorder. And the husbandry I described, got those 2 monitors to their full potential size, and they are the healthiest niles I have ever seen. Anyone can keep a baby nile, let me know when yours exceeds 4 feet. Which should be within the year.
