@LouisvilleKY...You obviously don't know much about what your talking about .. Randy Waller is the son of the founder and lead singer of "The Country Gentlemen", Charlie Waller. Charlie sang in the band until his death in August 2004 and after that his son , Randy took the band over.. Randy Waller is the ONLY one who can carry "The Country Gentlemen " name on his band. Randy is keeping his father's music alive and has EVERY right to do so.

@musicianforjesus I did too. The Country Gentlemen died when the last member did in 2004. Takes alot of balls to take on that name, some have no shame!

@LouisvilleKY Well I think Randy is doing good at keeping the music alive. There will never be another Charlie Waller but I'm glad Randy didn't just give up and not try.

@musicianforjesus I can appreciate what you're trying to say but there is a band called "The Country Gentlemen Tribute Band" or "Bill Yates and The Country Gentlemen Tribute Band". THEY are keeping the music alive and in a very tasteful and respectful manner. Randy Waller has NO business calling his band Randy Waller and The Country Gentlemen. He has no right and he certainly hasn't earned it. Doing a few of Charlie's songs in his show is fine but taking on that name is plain disrespectful
