@misterhop666 Convenience and a good interface, basically. It's easier to pick up the Siftable that says "filter" and move it around in your hand than dig out the dial in Ableton Live for the track you want and move a dial that says cutoff. Mainly I can see it being used for live performances to control effects on the fly, akin to Tom Exile's The Finger, or possibly introduce melodies and harmonies seamlessly like a Novation Launchpad.
But for just production? Yeah, computers are the way to go.
they are fun, but every siftable has standard drums and things, there arent that much combinations, Bass : 4 types of, Drums : 4 types of, Lead : 4 types, so there are 36 combinations, after a while of using it (like an month) it will be boring.
Maybe if u guys add an "Bluetooth" function so you can add new types of, or if u slide you have more.
Bcus.. those are connected to an "motherboard" thing wireless, or are they just standalone?
You're a dumbass. It's not just about the music. Maybe you should watch the introduction of these things at a conference I think you are too stupid, and thus undeserving, to know the name of..
Thanks for being so nice in your reply. I was referring to the program as being a toy and not a music creation tool in anyway. I WAS NOT talking about the siftables themselves.
흥미롭지 않은데... 뭐하는거지?

Well, when someone says "It' and "TOY" they're not usually talking about software? I'm sorry if that seems normal to you..
Anyway, good to know that you recognize them as an incredibly cool development in human-machine interaction.
Watch the TED conference introduction of these.
