Hi, I'm a Lutheran pastor and believe there is a danger in making personal evangelism legalistic in sermons and mix Law and Gospel. The preacher tells everyone else to do what he should be doing, proclaim the Gospel. Some preachers may even think when they tell others to evangelize they are preaching the Gospel. Evangelization first of all needs to come from the pulpit for everyone, Christians too. Evangelism needs to be handled with care so as not to mix Law and Gospel.
