BUT if you shut the hell up and educate yourself you will realize that it is dangerious to touch or try to move somone in the middle of a seizure because you can cause further harm them, the best thing to so is just move things out of the way and let it finish. You'd think in certain situations where that guy's life is in danger and would need to be moved. Like say, for example, there's a fire in the room and everyone needs to leave fast. Then what?

@Seattlecarnut If something like that were to happen, God forbid, then the person will have to be moved. but moving them can cause harm to both the person and the one moving them. if the situation calls for it then YES MOVE them! but if not then do not tough them! put comething under their head, makesure nothing is around them and just wait. and it is actually a good thing to cideo tape it so that it can be shown to a Dr. and help with the medical process.

You should clear the space around the person and keep the head from injury(surround it with soft materials, like pieces of clothes, pillow etc.). Then you just have to wait for it to stop a only after that you can start helping him.

Can i just say to all those people saying stuff like "if it was real why didnt you help him?" well my sister has epilepsy and i am not allowed to touch or restrain her during a seizure. As long as there is nothing that they can seriously injure themselves on(as in this video) you wait till they calm down, put them in the recovery position so they dont choke on the foam and then reassure her once she wakes up.
