It is not against the law to call a cop a cracker. The video shows abuse of power. This happens to often. Think about it. The cops acted like this in front of the camera. There's all kind of horror stories that cops here get away with. Too bad not all traffic stops here aren't recorded. I'm sure you'd change your opinion

@CLVproduction How's it abuse of power? They asked him to step out of the car. He refused. Under the law regardless or whether or not he was going to get arrested in the first place he is now resisting arrest. They then needed him out of the car to handcuff him. So force was necessary to extract him from the car. He should be thankful they didn't use a taser on him. Which again would've been perfectly legal.

If the officers need to talk to him, that can be handled while the driver is in the vehicle. Individuals have the right to refuse the request of the officer to exit the vehicle. It takes a warrant for search and seizure. If the officers truly wanted him out the car they could have simply pulled their handcuffs out and slapped it on his wrist and dragged him out and placed him under arrest. I know this because it happened to me.
