Good retouching hun! btw the name of this song is paradise circus by massive attack! no idea what this version is though but you have thievery coporation le monde as the name amazing band too but just wanted to let ya know xo!
@adiphoto I actually agree. I ended up throwing it in there due to a request given on demonstrating that technique. Unfortunately, it's a common request given to me by my clients. On my own work, I don't go that deep.
How are you able to freely rotate the image like you do in this video. Looking at the menus, under rotate, I only see 90, 180 degrees, as well as others. You seem to rotate it with a lot more control. Which is what I would like to do lol. Superb video btw.

@artifical007 - On CS5, by default, the 'R' key is set to go to the rotate tool. This allows you to manually rotate the canvas, as you would a regular piece of paper, on the fly. It's great for those like me with a drawing background. You can then switch back to your preferred working tool and continue going at it.
@solesticeretouch at 0:33 what do you do with the layers? Merge the layers? if yes how do you make the clone tool usable in the blank layer after creating the group? cause i cant use the clone tool after i create a new layer out of the Group.. please explain it to me, its really important cause without this i can't move on with the retouching! thanks !
@tiagocamposdrums Basically, what I did was place all the layers into a folder. To do that, select all the layers and bring them into the folder icon in the layer palette. I did not flatten them but just minimized the folder so you can't see the layers. If you expand the folder, they are all there. After that, I set a blank layer over the folder and selected the clone tool. Then I ensured the top either had 'sample all layers' or 'current and below' selected as I continued.

Great video! I thought the photo looked stunning in B&W, i would of been tempted to keep the B&W adjustment layer on.

Very cool vid. Why did you switch to monochrome though? Easier to spot certain elements whilst retouching?

@artifical007 - Correct

@artifical007 yeah, you can see better not perfect spots in monochrome :9
