  • I have seen the plant at a commercial supermarket for $1.99! It's much cheaper than $20 give or take! I can buy other veggies with the money left over! Fresh is always better, right?

  • Go RAW if you want health dude.

  • just subscribed!!! Look the cat likes it too XD. Thank you for this video.I'm also new to this healthy change of life/eating better now.I still eat fast food tho & I;m trying to stop.

  • Frozen wheat grass defeats the purpose and power of wheat juice, cute video though :)

  • lol your cat is scoping out the wheatgrass juice! Cats love wheatgrass lol :P

  • I like that little food processor you have. Pretty nifty.

  • its that the ins wheatgrass powder?where did you buy it?and how many powdered cubes in a box?

  • It's frozen wheatgrass juice (like ice cubes). I got it at a health food store.

I can't remember how much came with it.

  • ah ok..tnx

  • I saw this at a health food store last night and there are 20 cubes. It costs about $18.00.

I only used the frozen kind once. I juice the grass now.

  • try growing your own wheat grass then buy a juicer then it won't taste watery to me it taste kinda grassy like that grass taste but then its kinda sweet. You can also do this with barley grass too

  • @thatoneguyonline I think wheat grass contains enzymes, and i think freezing destroys the enzymes no? Which would kill the concept of taking wheat grass juice for health. Iuno I might be wrong. Also the fact that you said had no taste, makes me think it is not a good idea to do frozen. It's like eating frozen fruits and veggies, lots of loss for the sake of simplicity. The expense is also bad on so many terms.

  • dude , you dont know how much to use ?read the directions.. and dont dilute it. Good luck

  • This video is 2 years old. I think I've got it now. LOL.

  • your best bet is to grow it yourself it doesn't take much some paper towels in the bottom of a plastic shoebox size container and a bit of sprouted wheat and then just keep it wet but not sopping wet and it grows great. I know thats not real thorough an explanation but its easy to do and I'm sure its on line to but if you have questions just email me.

  • Are you growing that stuff by now?

  • I haven't grown it yet, but I just ordered a pound of cut wheat grass a couple days ago.

There's a yoga studio here that sells a pound for $18.00. Is that a good deal?

  • I haven't figured out what a whole flat of grass weighs, but I'd say that's not a very good deal. You're better off putting your money towards bulk seed. Just go for it all. No need to try it out with already cut grass. The benefits are fricken amazing I tell you!!! Just go for it and get the stuff you'll need. -first. big investment is the proper juicer. There's Omega and Green Star. Twin gears is supposed to be better, but many get by on the single.

  • Go to Amazon and get Wheatgrass by Steve Meyerowitz. There's also books by Ann Wigmore. You can cure yourself and others of just about anything. Yes, I'm talking like CANCER. Seriously, go read on it and spread the word. There's many awesome inspiring stories of people with themselves and loved ones with like stage 5 terminal cancer, pulling through. As well as dog breeders getting larger litters and longer life spans. There's no denying the wheatgrass does wonders!

  • i like ur vids, so funny! i think that's a lot of wheatgrass~ look forward to more vids.

  • Thanks!

  • hi glad you tried it out if i told you that im a franchise owner of the leading malaysian bio tech company easy phamax that produces wheatgrass in a soil free environment which allows us to manufacture wheatgrass with both the leaves and roots for a more potent nutritional supplement...would you or anyone be interested in finding out more as well as business oppurtunities? since we are trying to expand in the western hemisphere with franchise ownership..

  • Do you think it is possible that by growing your wheatgrass in a soil free environment, you may be producing a wheatgrass that is low in nitrilosides and other desireable nutrients?

  • not necessarily because we are using cutting edge bio tech in terms of the lighting, watering, and anti bacterial machines to make sure that we are producing a product that is more potent than the traditional methods but your question is interesting so what i will do is send an email out to the chief scientific officer and send you a pm on the results. :)

  • yeah i am trying to find some wheatgrass because right now i cant plant my own. Would you mind telling me where you bought yours?

  • The cat obviously fancies a bit of internal cleansing too.

  • HAHA! OH MAN! You're funnny. haha . niiice video. haha . THUMBS UP!

  • I didn't even know there were wheatgrass cubes! :)

  • Well done for getting into wheatgrass. I have been growing my own for a few years now and it is really easy and incredibly cheap, I buy a 25 kilo sack of the seeds and it lasts ages. Fresh is definately the best way and you will notice the really strong grassy flavour. Keep up the good work :-)

  • Thanks, I'll never use this kind again.

  • dude.. i bet you are suppose to use one cube.. per serving. they are usually the size of a shot.. like a shot glass! not a huge glass!

  • LOL! Yeah, I know that now.

  • I've never been brave enough to try weatgrass, since I didn't wanna accidentally have to much and get nauseous.

  • It wasn't that bad! I'll definitely try the actual grass next time.

  • Matt, that is great! I bet 8 cubes of frozen will really clean you out. I also usually do two ounces of pure wheatgrass juice at a time. I didn't even know they had frozen wheatgrass juice. Matt you are on your way to mega health!!

    manoftruth

  • Thanks, Brent! I'll keep that in mind and try it myself. Yeah, I just saw the frozen stuff at a health food store and decided to do it. I feel a lot healthier. I weigh 197 right now, I can't remember the last time I weighed this light!

  • 8 CUBES!!!!!

    LOL!!!!

Oh, man...the frozen stuff is OK, but you really have to try fresh. If you don't want to start out with the hassle of making your own, you can always get it freshly made at Whole Foods or Jamba Juice. I usually do only 2 ounces at a time, and 4 when I'm feeling REALLY adventurous....and I've been drinking it for over 10 years!

Good luck, and let us know how you like the fresh juice!

  • 8 cubes is too much?
