@callumbrowns if u still hav warranty then call apple and they'll replace it for you (FREE) It can take alot of time trying and convincing the technicians to replace your phone so dont give up and keep annoying them.

all the way up? wow. i have 3 of hese bad boys,and i have never turned them even close t full brightness. Do people really do that? Its so Bright. How would turning the E.Q. off help battery life? Thats the ipod's biggest downfall. No real adjustable 7-10 band e.q.

Turning off the equalizer helps because as you play songs, it'll have to process the audio and apply the equalizer to it, hence the processor keeps consuming power from the battery.

I never noticed a big difference, but there is a difference nevertheless.

@pickyjane it sounds like your battery doesn't charge properly, it's a dodgey battery, take it to an apple store and explain your problem they should be able to fix it for you
