  • Hey Kane, Ive see you have posted an upper body and lower body stretch video too. Ive been doing those lower body stretches before leg workouts and upper body stretches for all other workouts, ie chest, back/shoulders, bicep, tri. Now when do I do these dynamic stretches?

  • @azt3c It's dynamic stretching, it's similar to warmup but usually done before static stretching and/or workouts. Static stretching, as I know, must never be done before workout.

  • Great video, thanks for upping kane! My biggest prob is finding the time to stretch before and after workouts. I have full time work and part time schooling. Any advice on how long i should be working out? My workout time is 1 hour per day with additional 20 min of elliptical running. :/

  • @StarlessEy3s it's best to workout between 30-45 mins for weight training. That does not include time stretching. Rest time should be 60-90 secs max in betweeen sets. Look up cortisol. Cortisol is the reason no workout using weights should exceed one hour.

  • @StarlessEy3s Some motivation: dynamic stretching, such as what wolf is doing here, will not only help warm your muscles but also enhance your strength, preformance, and injury prevention.
