  • Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I bought the Subaqua Noma III That came with the 5 interchangeable bands and a 3 slot dive box. The model is 1894. The first one arrived from ShopNBC with the Tritnite for the 9 o'clock marker floating between the face and Chrystal. ShopNBC replaced the watch IMMEDIACY (thank you ShopNBC). Now 2 months later, the replacement has lost the tritnite from BOTH the 8 and 11 o'clock markers. Quality issue?

  • thanks for the info. I was looking to buy one but now with your review and others -- NO WAY AM IM GOING TO BUY IT!! Thanks bud--

  • Similar experience. I own a 6023 diver "Master of Oceans"! After only 40dys ownership it leaked water. sent it for repair along with $28, watch came back 8wks later, now its over 3 months old. It still leaks and skips time too! Sent it back again, another $28, came back now watch is like 6months old I've only wore it less than 60days in 6 months, still has same problems, and month later it stopped working alltogether. Best looking paper weight! I love the looks but its very flaky.

  • I bought an Invicta at Costco for $50. It kept perfect time. For a year. It then stopped. It cost $50 to fix it. I haven't worn it since.

  • thanks I won't buy one now.

  • INVICTAS R NICE BRO I JUS BOUGHT ONE TODAYY NICE ONE TOO

  • @TheChickMagnett wait couple of weeks ;)

  • I also bought an Invicta and this video is nothing compared to my ordeal BUT very similar. I sent mine back twice and both times it came back with the same issue. Please people file a complaint with the FTC and Consumer Protection of your locale. Put these asses where they should be. I am going to video my beautiful Invicta watch getting hit with my 308 as soon as the weather improves .

  • all you guys are ridiculous. first off, who buys a watch online, second, i have 2 invicta's. one is an automatic, and the other is a regular chronograph. both work flawlessly. if your really concerned about the service, go into the macy's or jc pennys in your town, buy one and when you get it, get the warranty for 20 bucks. and the last thing...there are such things are watch stores with people who know how to fix watches

  • I also purchased an Invicta watch. It worked well for about 9 months and then stopped. The watch was under warranty and I sent it in. It took 3 months for the watch to be repaired but low and behold, Invicta supplied Fed Ex with the incorrect address so the watch was not delivered to me. I've been in contact with their Cust. Service for over 2 months and I do not have the watch. This is totally ridiculous. Do Not purchase an Invicta because the service is absolutely horrible.

  • I've always owned invicta watches and have never had problems with cs or the watches themselves. You sir have some shitty luck

  • myworldofwatches . com

  • Thank you very much for this video. I was gonna buy Invicta watch...

  • now, I don't know if I really want the Invicta I was thinking to buy, since service matters to me. Well, the damage has been done Jason ...hahahaha

  • Thanks for posting this video. I am researching invicta watches, to see if my wife can purchase me one for my birthday. Crappy service - I will not be a customer. Thanks again.

  • I bought an Invicta Divers watch on sale at Amazon, and it looked GREAT. After about 10 months, the second hand fell off, and frankly, I was pretty lazy about getting it fixed. But, I finally got around to checking out getting it repaired, and was surprised to see that their website said it was under warranty!

So, I swallowed the $28 handling fee, and sent the watch in. Got a form-letter back saying it is out of warranty, and I need to send in $35 more. At this point, I'm feeling scammed.

  • Woo.. I've been watching a review for a Invicta Skeleton Signature collection or wherever is called from a TaiTheAsianWonder and was about to go buy me one online.. Thanks for the advice .. !!

    Sorry for your lost ..

  • people who buy Invicta watches are known as Invictims - these are heavy, but cheap watches with Asian (non-Japanese) made movements - i would not pay more than $50 for one

  • I have 4 Invicta watches and have had them for 2 years....Still work like a charm...although I am having a hard time getting accessories...but I have no problem...although from all these negatives reviews I will leave well enough alone!...beautiful watches though, I emailed a lady at invicta and got a 24 hour turnaround response so I dont know!

  • Glad I didn't buy this crap. All over the Internet, nobody really has anything good to say about Invicta.

  • @dproffessa Doesn't mean everything they produce is crap. The 9937 is a great watch, although they've made it a little worse recently. Just don't rely on their CS. Buy one from a B&M shop like Costco so you can refund it personally.

  • @icecue7 The reviewer clearly said "you may get a good watch or a bad watch", so he's not saying all the watches are bad. He is saying that the customer service sucks!. This is not the first time I've heard complaints like this about Invicta Watches. I've been eyeing and particular Invicta model, but because of the numerous complaints I'll think I'll pass. Thanks for the warning.

  • @frg8524 I wasn't talking about the reviewer. I was replying to another user (@Dproffessa) who seemingly took this video to the extreme, i.e. it's all crap.

Yes the CS service sucks, but problems with their watches aren't as common as people make it out to be. People with issues with the actual watches tend to be more vocal, so it seems more common. The 8926 and 9937 are the best and most bought models, even recommended by WIS. Going with one of these is fairly safe.

  • why you bitching for tho you should have just returned it got your money back and bought yourself something else dipshit i have an invicta russian diver and havent had ANY type of problems with it you just mad cuse you got ripped off and if you talking about a rolex why didnt you just buy one, you a stupid ass white guy

  • This is the first time a see some one talking so bad about Invicta. Man, you should know that 1: those are cheap watches, may look like a Rolex or Omega, but they aren´t. 2: All brands had a percent of falls; like BMW, No all they car are equally good.

  • THAT FUCKING SUCKS, I WAS THINKING ON BUY ONE BUT AFTER THIS NO WAY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IF INVICTA FINALLY SAY OR REPAIR THE WATCH

  • Um.. maybe that's because 9937 is an automatic watch.

  • I bought a invicta watch with handwind machnical movement for $132 few years ago, it just drop on the floor and stop running, althoguht Amazon has 5 years warrty for all invicta watch, I am afraid to call their customer service after watch this video, it might be charge me more than cost of this watch cost and receive a broken watch back.

  • RED WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • umad?

  • You should try winding the watch by hand, thats why it stoped running the spring inside the watch wasnt wound up.

  • @md543678 The new model 9937 does not use the swiss ETA movement any longer, and cannot be hand wounded. Also the Invicta 8926 does not use the myota movement either. There are cutting corners by using inferior movements.

  • my friend you are just a dick for paying 700 dollars on a low end watch, with that kind of money you can buy your self a high end high quality tissot

  • Hi Jason, thanks for the heads up. My heart goes out to your poor wife.

  • Hi, could you update us on what happen?

I've also been an "Invictim" with a $130 watch. No customer service, ridiculous warranty. It's a brand which sell watches "as is": no warranty, no repairs, no customer service. It's like (or worse than) buying out of the streets in an Asian market in NYC...

  • Hi Jason, after 3 hours of research on this watch 9937 and many other Invicta watches I found out there is no such company, doesn't exist, After 2004 watch parts we made in China Japan and any shit-house where they got the cheapest contracts to make their parts, watches that were made in are around 2002 2004 ? were great watches, after that all crap..the 9937 with see thru back should be all gold color parts, nothing black, nickel bezel. your video kept me from dropping $300, thanks 4 the Video

  • you shold not buy watches on net.....

  • I gave you a thumbs up just because you are a Michigander like me and I love the Wings.

But your complaints are just from what I have read.

  • You really needed note cards?

  • Haha stupid Pig

  • why would you pay 300 for this knockoff ?

the same watch is available on amazon for like 75 bucks. if your'e going to pay around a 1000 for a rolex knockoff, you should just save up and buy a real rolex.

  • @speier the @75 sale on Amazon is 8926 Japanese movement, the one he owned here is 9937 swiss ETA movement, usually worth over $300.

  • @easy1688 actually i got the 9937 invicta with swiss ETA (actually the same movement as the old Tudors) on EBAY (not amazon) for 159.00 ! but yeah the cheapest one on amazon is a japanese movement. i still think 1000 is a rip off and would not pay more than 300 for this watch. if you're spending 1K on this, might as well save up for another year and buy something like an omega

  • Thanks bud. This seals the deal. I will not buy an Invicta watch after all of the bad reviews. I do not care if some are great and "just" ten percent suck. With minimal research, I have found, on three media, numerous complaints about customer service being horrible. Where there is smoke, there is fire. Consumers will not take time of their day to post a VIDEO on Youtube about how bad their experience was unless it truly was that bad.

  • I've seen lots of these types of complaints and will not chance wasting my money on a company that obviously cares nothing about producing a quality product, or does just enough to skate by regarding customer service. This economy is terrible. They need to learn that they are an elastic good that prospective customers (i.e. me) don't NEED.

  • I'd say you have made your point though... you have almost 73,000 impressions!!

  • Go To Hoover report.com - they will tell you the entire Invicta company info & main people. Also go to wikipedia, they will tell you the same thing. Also I have two Invicta speedways I bought in 2001 & 2002. This was when the words were straight on the dial & not curved like the shit they have now. They still work great - Why? preventive maintanence. Like any moving mechanical device/movement. You have to take care of it. I also had the o-rings replaced with the same one the seadweller uses.

  • hey i had a very important question Mr. Jason: is your invicta watch the 9937C model or the 9937OB model? if you could answer my question, i'd greatly appreciate it since i was seriously considering this watch model for purchase.

  • I own this exact model and have had to send it back twice. They damaged it in three places, bent second hand, scratched paint on rotor(both internal parts!) and scratched my bezel. I wrote a letter explaining this when I sent it back the second time. Just got it back today after 3 months and NOTHING FIXED!! Invicta is JUNK!

  • I couldn't help not buying an Invicta for the price, but it's the same as going to a retailer who offers "owned" or discounted watches. The general sale policy is: "As is" -There are no returns. Just make sure you shop in stores to make sure the watch is working before you leave, and any problems, just get a warranty or pay your watch guy to fix it. Almost all companies mass produce their watches, even Rolex. Don't blame the watches, just be aware of the people you're dealing with and buy smart.

  • If you're worried, just buy them at Sams or other wholesale store. They have their own product warranties if you are a member, you get an additional year on top of what you pay for. They let me return my 5 year old original PS3 which cost 500 at the time and I got my money back even without the box or packing materials, you just need everything it comes with. I bought the new slim version for 300 and even made a profit of 200 dollars.

  • thanks for the heads up...

  • Detroit Redwings FTW. Lets get a stanley cup baby!

  • $725 for this watch???

    even 300 is too much.

    LMAO!!

    He must be kidding...

  • This guy overpaid . Invicta's aren't Omega or Rollex etc . I own this model and another model with a red and black bezel and no problem. this model is 200mt and 300mt for other water resistance and wear while swimming all the time. I own a total of 8 and given 4 others as gifts in the last 3 years and no problems with any of them to date. When you compare to models in thier price range Fossil ,Citizen.Seiko,Boliva they beat them hands down for what you get for your dollar.

  • i own 60 invictas,,, have owned them for many many years,,, out of over 60 watches,, i had one problem,, it was a pro diver that my daughter dropped on hard cement,,, i sent it to invicta,, 6 weeks later the watch came back to me,, they had fixed it,, re buffed the bracelet ,, looked great and works to this day 5 years later,, i am very happy with these watches,,, love the company,, and the watches,, sorry bout your trouble,,,

  • i also bought an invicta watch from amazon.. it worked for a month.. if i send it to invicta they charge 28 dollars for shipping back, plus whatever i pay for my shipment, plus it is not guaranteed theyll fix your watch... PLEASE CHANGE YOUR POST TO "DO NOT BUY INVICTA WATCHES" AND PUT IT ON AMAZON.. I REALLY HATE INVICTA.. IT SEEMS to me it is a pattern to make watches work for a month..

  • I was thinking about buying one, as a beater, but doesn't look like it now. Hope everything works out with yours and thanks for the insight!

  • INVICTA CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

EYAL should be ashamed of himself. I own quite a few invictas, which I love, but I had to send 2 of them for adjustments and that was the problem: those poor excuses for reps don't have a clue and are useless; they can't even tell the difference between a Reserve & Limited Edition.

I'm gonna call a ShopNBC live show and tell them on the air.

    THEY SUCK, SUCK, SUCK!!!!!!

  • I've had my Invicta(flame fusion crystal) for less than 25 days(actual wear time: 2 weeks) and the crystal fell apart(a big chunk fell off)This is a very bad sign and for me and indicates possible quality control issues and/or durability! I'm sending the watch back for repair ,Make sure you read the fine print on the warranty. If it has been over 30 days since your purchase,Invicta will charge you $28.00 to ship it back to you from somewhere overseas(they wont disclose where)

  • INVICTA now states(now that they have received the watch)that it will be $70.00 to repair the watch because the "crystal" is not covered under my 5 year warranty.None of this information was given to me in the two calls made to their reps prior to shipping the watch to them for repair.

  • I was told to refer to page 50 in the instruction manual and warranty, which only states(referring to the crystal)"DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHES TO THE CRYSTAL"My watch was more than scratched. After explaining to them that I thought this was unfair and that all I wanted was quality for my money, and that I would post factually accurate information wherever I could, they simply apologized and said there was nothing they could do...I will have the watch repaired and sell it.I won't but Invicta again.

  • the same happens to me i bought this watch from shopnbc and i send it back to invicta a month later for repair and i stiil waiting for it , the costumer services says it could take about three month o nine days to get it back

  • I own 4 invictas including the model shown in this video. I've spoke with invicta's customer service and never had a problem. IMHO this person has an axe to grind. Maye he's annoyed he overpaid by atleast $150-200. I've bought 5 others for family and in almost 4 years nobody has a problem.

  • I'm noticing that many of the Invicta problems are coming from the watch models that weren't built in Switzerland. The way to tell is, if it doesn't say "Swiss Made" on the front or back, it isn't. Many times only the movement is from Switzerland, but the watch is built in other places. On these models it will say just "Swiss" which is really misleading. This also may be why customer service is an issue with these models, but that's just speculation on my part. It sucks you went through this bro

  • I thought this was a watch review

  • @iDanielVideo So did I. LOL

  • Sorry about your trouble.

I just want to say, GOOD JOB getting the word out. I firmly believe that these kinds of DIRECT consumer-to-consumer feedback is the most powerful tool that WE the comsumers have. Over all, this kind of interaction has been GREAT for improving product, and customer services.

If a manufacturer is going to leave me holding the bag with shit for customer service, well.... maybe they don't need to hold my coin, either.

    -Berk

  • I have an Invicta. It has been a great watch, but yesterday I noticed the wings inside came unglued, the letter A also fell off. I am shit out of luck. I have a Victorinox watch that I bought in 1998, that is the best watch I have ever had. Never had a problem with it. The Invicta has not even lasted 3 years. It's ticking but I would not buy another one ever.

  • you need to calm down

  • I am sorry everyone id having problems with their Invictas..... I own over 18 Invictas & I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEM -- I LOVE THEM & I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE MORE & MORE - i OWN AN S1 RACER TOOK IT TO THE BAHAMAS - HAD NO PROBLEMS - THEY ARE QUALITY SWISS TIMEPIECES -- I LOVE THEM

  • Do yourself a favour. DO NOT BUY INVICTA, they look good but they DO NOT WORK and customer service, SUCKS they just AVOID YOU. bOUGHT an S1 racer

it stopped working in a pool 3.5 feet of water. Not the 200300feet listed.

    DONOT BUY INVICTA !

  • appreciate the heads up. Sam's Club carries this brand so considering buying it because it looks great and the price is right (all around $100). For that price I may still pick one up and see if I have luck but it's still good to see your experience. thanks

  • Invicta produces some of the worst quality merchandise in the world. Just get a Seiko or Citizen and be done with it.

  • crying BABE

  • Your 1st problem is that you bought an Invicta.

No matter what your friends tell you, Jc Penny watches are not cool.

Save up your $ and get a real timepiece not a look a like.

  • You just didn't have luck. I have a Invicta and it's great. I work with it, wear it daily, the glass is scratch resistant and never got 1 single scratch even tho i hit hard metal furniture right with the head of the watch. I wore it on the beach, in salt water, had 99% extra fine quartz sand all around it, never ever had problems with it. I got it for my second anniversary from my wife. It still looks like new, works like new. Idk about your experience but Invicta watches are great.

  • Heard this story too many times regarding Invicta. If you get a good one, it's a great deal. But there's low quality control. If you get a bad one, forget about customer service. Just bought myself a Citizen automatic diver (NY 2300), inexpensive but flawless look / operation. Just like my 3 other Citizens. Would NEVER take a chance on Invicta.

  • Thx 4 posting this. Not gonna buy an invicta now. BTW NEVER by an Ebel watch. They are a piece of shit!!!

  • Dude next time buy a better watch made only in Swiss the Best , the invicta watch is made in Hollywood ,Florida,uSA

  • Hey Dude, I love Invicta I have 4 Watches and never i had any problems at all with this

  • maybe you should shake it tis is a perpetual powered watch right?

  • HEY DUDE -- I have 6 INVICTAS & I LOVE THEM - I have NEVER had a problem - it is a well built Swiss watch... one problem is why would you purchase a watch from a casino suppy website. use a watch website that has great customer service. -- I would reccomment INVICTAS to EVERYONE. love them

  • @beancmt yeah, I also thought it was suspicious it was from a casino website. Not sure if that would have any impact on the quality.

  • I have a Speedway9212. Had it for a while now and still going strong. Only set it when I first bought it, and it's still right on the nose.

Kinda suspicious when this guy doesn't even know his own complaint, and has to keep checking his notes. This is a deliberate attempt to bad mouth Invicta. Alterior motives? You tell me...

  • @dire67 It's ulterior not alterior. I hate this bullshit ulterior motives, hidden agenda paranoia crap. Could it be possible that the man is just so pissed off that he had to make a video about it. Invicta sucks... do you see these type of videos regarding Oris' ,Rolex, Tag..etc?

  • You're one of those guys that cries when the Red Wings lose, right? You seem very emotional..lol

  • Invicta's are actually extremely high quality watches. Obviously not as prestigious as Rolex or Cartier, but they are made very well. Anytime anything is quite pricey, and/or made well there will always be someone trying to sell a knock-off (fake) to make some quick money. I've owned 4 Invicta's (bought from trusted sources) and all work extremely well with absolutely no issues. My guess is that you got taken for a ride and caught a fake one.

  • damn I just ordered on :S I should have seen that first :S

  • Admit it dude , you wanted to be one of those guys who end up in Oprah after whinning about something on the internet .

  • Yee Detroit

  • It probably just needs a battery...lol j/k. I hope my Invicta Reserve Noma doesn't have this problem, I just ordered one.

  • I've been wearing my Invicta 9937 for almost a year with almost no issues. I check it periodically against a Casio G-Shock that sets to the atomic clock. At first it was almost exactly +15 seconds per day, but as it broke in and settled, it's between +8 and +10 seconds now - I reset it about once every week or so. My watch is fantastic - it looks great, runs well, and I'm glad I've got it. Too bad fo him.

  • hey. i think invictas are great watches and i own them i think u bought ure watch from and unreliable source i baught my invicta from a watch store a authureized dealer and a scratch on the bezel is not invictas fault its the source u baught ure wach from they didnt know how to fix it and its not invictas fault that pockerstoresmessedup i think invictas are great quality watches i own them and ive never had a problem i swim with it and it is still working.

  • haha i got it for $50, its a piece of shit of a watch compared to my tag heuer and rolex

  • @Whahli haha compared to my tag and rolex... Why would anyone that owns a TAG and a ROLEX buy a 50 dollar invicta. Bullshit closest thing you own to a tag or rolex is a picture of one on a celebs wrist.

  • @kinger87ca Jealous much? you must be the scumbag in china making this watch shitty invicta watch

  • I own an Invicta for 4 years now. I have purchased four of them and given two as gifts. No problems at all, A great watch. I think this guy put the scratch on the bezel and he never said what was wrong with the watch.

  • Welcome of the world of invicta.

  • Comment removed

  • invicta is junkkk

  • @bmt134 and lemme guess. You have a rolex. my Invicta 9937 does better than my buddys Submariner

  • @haloGHlll360 lemme guess, you're a retard? You don't need to spend more to have a better watch than a crapvicta. A $150 Seiko will outperform any Invicta. RETARDs aka Invicta owners

  • @bmt134 So your saying your Gayko can perform better. make a vid see if the 9937 will give better time... yup a week later the invicta is still on time with my phone and oh... the Gayko is 3 minutes slow

  • I have 5 invictas, and all work like a champ! Solid watches. Never had a problem with any of them. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys mechanical art pieces on their wrists. I don't understand y u didn't just return the thing and buy from another vendor ;)

  • Did you ever have an invicta or do you just assume they suck?

  • yo, the invicta watches are made in japan, you might want to call them, i just got the invicta pro 200M speedway and it works fine and looks great. so i really dont know what happend to your order. maybe its made in china, lol go check if its a real invicta or not, dont blame the brand, blame the place you got it from.

  • Rolex at 5+ grand versus Invicta Pro Diver series starting at 1 hundred. Same look, same accuracy. On the former you'd spend 500/year on maintenance. With the Invicta (quartz) you spend 6/year in batteries. Yes, the Rolex should last more than one lifetime, *with yearly service* but an Invicta, at a 20th of the cost, is a much better 'bang for the buck'.

  • They are wonderful watches. I own Rolexes and the Invicatas are almost better. THis guy is wrong!

  • Well another thing about Invicta service issues is that the owner must send their watch in for even the most basic sort of thing if they need original replacement parts etc. This includes watch straps, and even just changing a battery by anyone but them will void any warranty. It's like they're as tyrannical as Rolex but worse because they don't have class at all in this regard.

  • I love mine. I was diving last week in the Caribbean and no problems. For just over 200 bucks for a watch with a sapphire crystal and automatic movement, you can't beat it. As my watchmaker said "this isn't junk"

  • I own 5 Invictas and have only had one problem. The problem was taken care off and I was even reimbursed for part of the shipping. Personally, I like Invicta.

  • I have an 8926A and have no problem, for the 100 bucks it cost, its worth every penny. Go and buy one of these and maybe you will have better luck, just don't buy expensive.

  • lol ya the "notes" are jokes.... i have the same watch and love it.... sorry dude maybe u should just buy another and maybe ull have better luck lol

  • Stupid response... Buy another and just lose the money he spent on the first? Just stupid.

  • hahaha that notecard is hilarious!

  • Great quality and price point make these watches an incredible value and very popular. Invicta's service dept must be very busy due to demand. When you need service, make sure you properly document your service request and the condition of the watch when it is sent to the factory (take a photo just before sending in the watch just in case you need to prove damage or loss to service management or an insurance co.).

  • I've two Invicta's that I won from a charity auction. In the three years of ownership, I've not had a issue. Now I know that your service issue has now compiled in the the years category, but I think you just had a single bad issue.

I've had my Cartier Tank come back from service three months late with very rude service.

Don't assume on a hand full of accounts. It's a shot in the dark, like all things in life.

  • I own 2 Invicta watches models 9310 & 8932A, and swear by them.

I am buying another Invicta next week

(8928), nothing but good things to say!!!

    Mine were purchased through Amazon.

  • My girlfriend just ordered me one from shopNBC

  • I love my invicta, but I do understand why you feel the way that you do and I hope I never have to go through what you went through, thanks for the heads up.

  • I bought my Invicta watch from Leste London and I have never had a problem with my watch and it also came with a free insurance cover, great service guys. My advice is there are many online companies selling Invicta watches for cheap but you have to think are they going to provide me with good customer service and product.

  • umm well i have an invicta watch mate and it is one of my best watches. invicta watches are really good watches so just because u paid far to much for it and u got ripped of from a non named web site stop paying out invicta.

  • SETH ROGEN CALM DOWN!

  • most people would just get pissy, this guy makes a rant seen by >40,000 people, Gotta love the internet

  • i jus bought that watch in jcpenny for 99 bucks, thats with a 2 year replacment plan

  • Okay firstly you shouldnt never ever I mean ever buy stuff from a non named website. 2nd of all you got ripped off man like honestly dude you did want to know why? You got ripped off because I got the exact same Model Invicta 9937 I love it a lot and I bought it at Costco? guess for how much? only 75$ and your telling me it retailed for 750 bucks and you only paid 300 bucks? well dam man you did get ripped off crazy plus I didnt buy my watch from a non named website so yeh that sucks for you..

  • save your money and buy a rolex.

  • i would say you got a rip off Invicta, what the heck online store did this guy get it from???? Lesson learned, don't buy anything from a no name website.

  • amazon bitches!

  • amen.

  • Good job Ghost.

  • I feel his pain,, I have a jewelry business and take in watch repairs and send them off too a repair center,, a customer dropped off the Invicta watch six months ago and the repair service has taken six months and the part hasnt come in from Invicta,, same bullshit everywhere,,,

  • Are you for real or just plain stupid??

  • oh and im assuming that you dont know how automatic mechanicals work in general since you havnt stated that in your video. Please dont waste another mechanical watch because it's "broken".

  • Please send the watch over to me if it doesnt work. I'll give it a good magical shake and voila... But seriously, do give it either a good shake or better yet, push the crown into normal position and turn it clockwise about 20 times. Do this everyday if u dont wear it that much.

  • never had a problem with any of my invictas or the service, infact they gave me a free extended warranty. and as far as the ceo goes, he is on tv all the time. shopnbc. i know this video is old, but still.

  • Thanks for your video man, you helped me make my decision on denying invicta my business...I'm buying a Jacques Lemans instead.

  • Buy an Omega,,, they hold their value and are made as well as Rolex for a fraction of the price

  • I had same problem with serv. dept. Recieved watch on 5/16/07; it would lose 18 sec. per day; It took 2 wks to get postage slip. Mailed to them on 6/17/07 recieved back on 8/7/07. washed dishes; the next morning it was fogged over. 2 wks to get postage slip. I mailed to them the 1st of Sept. I recieved watch on11/7/07. 22 sec slow per day ; 2 wks getting shipping slip. Mailed back & recieved watch 1/22/08. WORKS GOOOD! 20 months later my watch doesn't work any more.

  • Clean your house dude..

It's not a Rolwx man - quit whining.

  • u spend 300 bucks for a watch and it doesnt work, then the customer service dont give a crap about u, what ya think?

It's same price as a xbox 360, duh

  • Go to wikipedia and do a search on "Invicta Watch Group".

  • @ChicaWolverina i did and i am getting a Bulova thanks for the heads up about invicta!!!

  • @ChicaWolverina And thank you.

  • Hey all you assholes:

The man might be wrong on the watch working issue... but the point of his review is to explain how crappy the customer service is. 8 weeks to fix, a noticable scratch and no one will address the issue? Doesn't sound like a company I want to deal with.

  • @ProjectChronix I asked him before and he admitted they gave him a new watch. he neglects to mention that on the video. something else is going on that he isn't telling. buyers remourse? you tell me.

  • @ProjectChronix

  • Note to all those who buy Invicta's:

They suck. Very simple. Bad quality. Period. I have Patek, Rolex, Vacheron, Ulysse, Omega....they are GOOD quality. Invictas are shit.

  • Hey retard,

you bought an automatic watch, you need to wear it for it to keep working if you don't wear it every day its going to stop. that's how that type of watch works.

  • I Have around 6 invicta Timepieces in my collection......All Are completely fine.....1 bad one out of like,200 good ones.

  • Hey you stupid fuck. Try puting a battery in it! $7.00!!!Radio Shack! Take it to a local watch repair shop you fucking moron.
