Ok, now I've had some pretty fresh tofu before or so I thought, but can you describe the difference in fresh homemade tofu as opposed to packaged store bought tofu? Will I really taste the difference? Thanks for posting.

@AV143ify Probably would not recommend it. It usually has dye in it and probably not food grade

@htral no actually it is actually a byproduct of salt making, primarily magnesium chloride.
