Ah this brought back memories from the past. One of the coolest game ever on NES. I love this game for the huge exploration, searching for the exist to the next stage was fun. This final boss battle and the battle theme always made me nervous everytime I faced him though because I was afraid when he will whip my ass. ._.

The Crab should of been the final boss in this game. he was the hardest boss in the game. It took me 3 years to finally beat him when this game first came out.

How do you do to..."moonwalk", or to stay facing upward while moving left and right?

Thank you thank you thank you. About 4 years ago I resolved to beat this game. No emulators - purely on my NES without the grenade bug. I got so good I could get to the last boss without dying but I could never beat it because I didn't know what the heck to do with those bouncing balls. I like how you slowed it down with max gun and then jumped in only when you had an opening. I have a new goal for my spare time now.

OUTSTANDING! Now thats the way to own the boss. I have a few other tricks up my sleeve....like standing JUST BARILY a smidge out of the whips range and just turning on auto fire and let em have it.

As far as the bastard before the "whip weilder"...full gun is the best option :D

That's pretty impressive. When I was a kid I couldn't get passed the Area 6 boss(who I was lucky to even get to) on the system and I played this game a lot. I came back to it again using the emulator and finally beat it after a lot of practice. This game is definitely a tripped out classic
