The question is not answered completely, most likely because it was not identified :) I totally disagree with the response. Most of the issues today is due to the fact that people jump in with "solutions" without identifying the right problem and getting others to buy in. You can be incredibly efficient at accomplishing specific tasks but it might not be an effective tactic because you could be targeting the wrong path.

Excellent. But, how do you search, identify and hire such top talent at the first place ? I don't want to be limited to my professional network.
