I gotta say, I heard Gogle Bordello first - they lead me to Kultur Shock. I like Kultur better though - even though I don't understand all the lyrics, I really like the passion and energy this band brings. (This one of my favorite songs by them)

Тhey're trying to become second Gogol Bordello, stealing lots of things including multi ethnic singers and dancers, manner of playing and moving around the scene. But they are NOT Gogol Bordello and will never be one- this is just a cheap knock-off.

Kultur Shock were initially formed in 1996, which is actually three years earlier than Gogol Bordello.I seriously doubt that any of the two bands stole something from the other one.Even the ethnic motifs you're mentioning are from different origin.They have certain similarities in their musical and lyrical views,I agree.But in the same time,they are so different,that I can't find any sense in comparing them.Spend some time on the Balkans and you'll learn to like and appreciate both bands:)))
