I remember watching this show RELIGIOUSLY with my mom every week! I was probably three or four. When the end of the show came on with the credits rolling, and the caroon of Carol mopping the floor ending up with the bucket over her head... man! For some reason, that used to scare me. But WHAT a CLASSIC show! TV today comes nowhere NEAR close to Carol Burnett and friends!

CHER! Some of the stuff from the Carol Burnett Show was used on the Sonny and Cher Comedy hour when it first started. Love both of those shows and I'm only 15. I even got my friends to watch some of the clips on YouTube and they were laughing hysterically.

I grew up watching this show with my grandma and we used to laugh ourselves silly. As I got older I realized how much ground breaking Carol did on tv as a comedienne. AND as a dramatic actress, she got a Golden Globe nomination as best actress for the film "The Life of the Party", a true story.
