If you use GDI+, you can use the method bitmap.MakeTransparent(color) to make the sprites transparent. You can also use the PlaySound in System.Media to add some sounds to your game.

You are truly talented. What people don't understand is the complexity of a programming language. And with videogames, it gets even more complex due to graphics programming and certain modules and sequences you are supposed to go by. I have not tried game programming with VB, I would rather do it with C++.

That is 2D :) Not bad though. You should create masks for the sprites so they are transparent around the edges or just implement a way to load and draw the alpha values. I'm working on an isometric game in C++ using OpenGL if you need any help with anything, just let me know. Good luck! :D

Im using a web server provider to set up a data transfer website to record 'real-time' game data that will be read by the Client computers and the Host computer "my computer" to update the game UI. none of the sprite's or models are yours the player's from club penguin

the building are from sketchup and that gold bar is from rune scape

I have a question about how your getting those Fences to stop the Penguin from passing by.

Are you making the penguin move by using the coding

If so how are you making walls and getting it notice when it gets to the doors?

Is that code in Visual Basic 6, because it doesn't sound very familiar. Either way, when you press 'Up' persay, it checks the location you are trying to move to such as point- Y = 50. If there is a fence and the Y axis of 50 you won't move, otherwise, you move there. I hope that answered your question.
