Cool video. Being part of the band, it's cool to see what goes into making a show. I think you could do a little personal narrating behind some of the photos...I think it would add some useful background information to what the DT is really all about.
Did you do audio and video separate? It lined up really well.
Also, I thought 5:00 was a good length, though you could probably cut out some of the still frames if you liked.
i think that some more descriptive captions would be good. I think that cutting out some of the practice dance time would help to make the final dance seem more epic. I think that maybe some of the clips need a little bit more organization. Just logically. I can't pinpoint which exactly but if you were going to focus a little bit more on that aspect, once again the ending would be even more epic.

I think you can take a few seconds off of people talking to the camera and use the voice track to flash some of your photographs. it might keep the pace of the video going more quickly. The interview parts feel like they're slowing down the excitement of that's really going on!
i like the video, you guys are awesome, i think during the friends and family preview you should just show bits and pieces rather than the entire thing, or if you wanna show the entire thing add audio over top of it with like facts about the dance team....
I thought this was a very good rough cut. Good transitions with the sound a music. Some of the wipes were a little much, i think using subtle wipes or just dissolve scene transitions are good. But other than that, good! :)

A very good job with the editing. Just work on making the voices and voice-overs louder &/or clearer.

Good video, I would suggest cutting a bit of the huge dance and raise the audio for those speaking to level with the dance music audio.
