Can you tell me why my hands get sore and tingly in my thumb and pointer finger when I press over head? I dont have problems when doing handstands or when using kettlebells. Just when pressing over head.

@astranger8u Maybe the way you're gripping the bar is restricting blood flow, or if you wear wrist wraps they may be too tight?
