i think the last scene with dan and Serena is very believable, a guy will do anything for a hot girl and dan wasn't that popular at school anyways so if hot queen Serena told them to ignore him i dont think they would have objected too much. i dont see them getting back together after this. like maybe never.

Hey! And you know what else is weird? The very last scene where Dan is an outcast again. Seriously, I can see Serena having that much pull with THE GIRLS in the school, but THE GUYS? C'mon now. In the real world, the fact that Dan dumped someone as hot and popular as Serena would make him popular in school... especially with the guys. What happened to the Dan who had a new girl every night in the summer after dumping Serena? That was another thing that was unrealistic in this episode.

weirdly enough i'm kinda glad serena turned into the queen b in this one becuase now she doesn't always have to be seeking dan's approval and be afraid of disappointing him, he seems to judge her waaaaay too much and not see how hard she really tries x and blair, am glad she got de-throned, only because she can be with chuck agen, she will always be Queen B anyway no matter what.

Okay, is it just me or does anyone else think it was stupid how Serena suddenly becomes evil? Just a plot device to drive them apart and create more drama with Serena/Dan.

Nate's reasons for breaking it off with Vanessa were pretty weak too, I found.

And how could Chuck have possibly known that making Serena jealous would have caused her to de-throne Blair??

As much as I like the show, I feel as if the writing is getting more and more implausible with every episode.
