I reminisced Thrasher S&D at the game store just the other day while seeing Skate 3, I picked up Skate 3 used,.. and well back it went. I couldn't get past the cartoony atmosphere to loose myself in the enjoyment. Thrasher set my standards of expectations for this type of game with the dirtiness & grime, the proper third person player perspective that Rockstar supports, the sound track, this game was JUST RIGHT ! Seconds Please !

so much more realistic than anyother at the time.it came out befor thps and you could manual/nose manual,tailslide noselide,blunt so on.thps 1 had none of that.more important at 0:14 you see that tag on the la river bank.well if you see it up close it says SABER.and well thats an actaul graffiti piece that is actually on the la river.it is HUGE.but that proves they took legit time in making this sticking with the roots.if we can only get Skate 4 like this!OR BETTER thrasher skate and destroy 2!!

the tricks done in this video was just normal moves, expert used combination of grinds, nollie, aerial flip, varial flip,or tricks that made a big link, which made the game more thrilling, tricks done here are so simple, just to gain only score so no thrill at all!

I love the love that this game gets from those that knew it was good back then and from those that used to talk crap about it because it wasnt tony hawk.

The animations because you had to pre load the game were so damn smooth and far more realistic than anything that was out at the time despite the graphics. The soundtrack was definitely on par with thps1 or better depending on your tastes and the challenge was definitely there. New sponsors and clothes, and fucking COPS!!! So funny. Love it
