That's how it's spelled in Klingon with English equivalent letters. The official Federation spelling is as shown. The Borg aren't going to reprogram the ship's navigational system to use Klingonese just because they're planning to attack the Klingon home world.

Now the Federation has: 1) the only extant holocloak, 2) the borg mega-replicator/conversional technology 3) a "borg-converted" enterprise that's as powerful as a borg cube and would look like a borg ship to any other borg that turn up. Neat, eh?
If I understand rightly, Janeway destroyed the collective but not every Borg in existence. Some Borg would continue and reconstitute themselves, which is why the Archeopendra was able to easily seize control of the Borg cube.
I gotta say, I don't care for the Exomorph's sense of interior design.
