Warning though: Reformatting means losing all the files on the player

So back up your files before reformatting, then put them back on

Plug in the player > My Computer > Right Click the player > Format > Ok

when someone says E200 series it counts for the e250, e260,etc.. basically anything with a 200 number except for the Rhapsody versions of the players.
