Beautiful scenery, but 'Deep Relaxation Meditation' ?? Come on...! This is a nature/ wildlife video paired with a 'New Age' ambient sound track..!! Wild animals enduring harsh winter conditions and hunting for survival hardly evokes 'deep relaxation'...
@TransientVisions It's a tough one to call. Personally, I don't find Candle-Lite music to be relaxing at all. Most meditation music is nice, but not relaxing. I've even found narrative documentaries (such as Outer space films) to be more relaxing than music.
