  • ahhhh.. so this is what they call "falling leaf movement" of Giradia lamblia.. ok ok ok....

  • dirty microscope lamp. lol

  • its a trichomona hominis because the rolling movement and this parasite es frecuently founded in dropping samples

  • Noisy university in Portugal...

  • estaba sucio el objetivo

  • at what magnification can this be seen under the microscope? some one please tell me

  • wow, look at this. in my class we look at 8-year old slides of cysts and trophs and this school is looking at live oraganisms. i honestly think other countries have better edication. The schools un ISA bump up tuition every year but none of it seems to go toward better education. Anywhoo..... this doesnt look like giardia lamblia to me. Because i only see 1 nuclei, there is no "fallin leaf" pattern, and I thought I saw an undulating membrane on the side. This must be trichomonas

  • is it giardia labdia..but its often mistaken as t.vaginalis..

  • Its not Giardia Lamblia. its Trichomonas Vaginalis... G. Lamblia has more than one flagella and 2 sucking discs thats why they described it "old man wearing glasses".. pause the vid half way and look for one troph..

  • This is giardia. I study it every day. The image quality is poor. There is only 1 disc, and what you see as the "glasses" are actually the 2 nuclei. It's in the diplomonad family.

  • get a shit and paste it on the glass slide....mix with those normal saline to see the movement of this trophozoit......hahahahah......better kill it with iodine....

  • Wow!!!!

    es una ternurita!!

    :P jeje

  • characterized by 'smiling face' .got 2 nuclei looks like the eyes...

intestinal flagellates..looks gud under the microscope...

  • Ohhh Giardia lamblia, mi protozoario favorito : )

    ¿que tipo de muestra es?

  • very nice! thanks

  • beautiful very prominet thanks for posting!

  • I hadn't seen G. lamblia yet.. hopefully soon..

  • Giardia lamblia is the name to describe both specia.

  • my cat had this :( but not now anymore :D

  • it's not giardia lamblia anymore, now it is Giardia duodenalis, or intestinalis

  • @JhonD8 in soviet russia lamblia giardias you

  • it describes the falling leaf motility of a trophozoite of Giardia lambilia.

The trophozoite of Giardia lambilia has 4 pairs of flagella, and uses them to move.
