LOL it's just a short song from Repo! the Genetic Opera. You'd have to watch it to fully understand the song, but basically it's the guy Rotti saying that Shilo (the young girl) was caged up all her life by her dad, and tonight they're gonna free her and do bad stuff to the dad. And everyone gets to watch! Yay! XD
