It's sort of like the USA, where people endure heat above 100F/38C every summer n Arizona ... they always say "It's a DRY heat!" to which I respond ... "My oven is dry also, but I do not plan to sit in it!"

I love how normal it is despite -40 C. Here in England one inch of snow was an excuse good enough not to go to work haha. Last year though we had snow for a long time so ppl had to just get use to it. Temp never was lower than -5 though.
