Pinky's voice started out lower than later years.

same with wakko. If you listen to wakko's voice in the beginning, and then later years (especially in wakko's wish) his voice started out much lower, and got higher as the years went on.

I personally liked both of their voices lower rather than higher. For some reason when they are higher, it sounds like they are trying to hard to do a "cartoon voice".
