sounds nice ;) did you experience any noise in the background of your recordings with the mobile pre usb? i read about this somewhere, but don't know if i should take it for real

No noise at all, the buzzes or noise what you hear in this video is because it was recorded with a photo camera.
I use the usb mobile pre for audio recording and I can tell you that is a very good sound card, I would recommend it.

How easy the song is doesn't matter, how well you play its the important because the best basslines in hystory are very simple and worthy of hearing. If you whant to hear a complicated bassline go to a Rush, RHCP or Yes Cover. cheers!
