Wow - this video was so cheesy and odd and so 80's, almost like a high school project for such an awesome song. I imagined the video being about him flirting with someone young like him and all these grouchy old people trying to keep them apart. Roddy's pretty make up scared me. From some angles he is almost Claire Grogan-ish in a very disturbing way. At other times he looks like KD Lang.

I love it! Thats what I love about the eighties, even the ostensibly throw away/bubblegum songs had something to them. Mostly, I mean, every age has its rejects.
