@DeWalt36volt first when we got it at schucks, we started it up and it didnt work then we checked everything and gave it to schucks to get us a new one and one worker asked me if we can fix it and they next day he gave it back and guess what he said? the cylinder was broken in 2 places and chipes where everywhere on top of the cylinder. then i just gave it back to them and got a refund and i got 200 more bucks and went and got a go-ped witch is better and american made not chinese shit

i feel bad for you ive rode this thing total over about 200miles and havent touch the engine at all. people who modify things are the ones to have problems. their in a rush to go a half mile an hour faster. BONE STOCK OUT OF THE BOX AND HAS ABOUT 200 MILES ON IT. IV takin it to work about 15 times wich is 4 miles from the house

I have one of these scooters, and don't get me wrong, they are really fun, but they are really put together like crap. Yesterday the weld on my muffler snapped for the second time (i have to get a new one) and I have had many other problems with it also. But when it is working it is REALLY fun!

It wont last a month, i bought the same thing and it is truly a pile. MADE IN CHINA. Everything is made out of cheap aluminum/lead, includint the bolts and frame. It lasted me about 2 weeks then broke, and i took care of it. If your going to buy one, there's one called the blade or blade or blade x or somthing, its like 50 bucks more but it works really good. So Ydoucare8, are you glad you bought it? lol

I got my xg-505 over a year ago and haven't had any big problems with it the only problems I've had is the tires suck so replace them with good kenda tires.

damn.the 2008 looks way better than the 2007 i got.mine doesnt have the cables go into the handlebar tube,dont have the twist throttle,the killswitch was thies weirdass red button that hardly workd.and also it sucks off road.my shocks broke.oh and watch your exhaust cuz that "double welded for strength"muffler breaks EASILY.mine just fell off the 3rd time i road it.btw,i saw yours kinda wobblin,so check it out.

they are much better than they were about 2 years ago. i have a 505, and the only problem i had was with the rear wheel clutch mechanism,other than that its been very reliable, i ride it 11 miles round trip every.

maybe for now sure it will go little over 20mph. 20-24mph MAX. trust me those chinese engine are built to go slow. low reving engine. engine limiter are set so low...

and you'll find out after month of hardriding it will go ALOT ALOT slower. 15mph..... well have fun while it last

actually they get faster as you break them in, not much but it is faster. and theres no rev limiter, its only limited by the air/fuel in/out ratio. :)
