as with all animals... keeping a raccoon is simply a matter of knowing it's natural behavior... actually raccoons are way to mischievous for my taste... I like to be free to leave things out. however a defunked skink would not be bad for me since I am a fanatic about good quality fences. (skunks are nomadic and must be contained to be pets.)

No, not grumpy, just scared and looking for someone to comfort it. The noise it was making is a cry for help because it was afraid. I'm glad it's doing well. I have 2 orphaned baby coons that I'm raising. They will be released when they are old enough.

@Laevi1337 Yes, they are extremely intelligent. I just picked a baby up that was so near death she had fly eggs all over her. Two trips to the vet later and lot of medicine and tlc and she is doing well. She should be easy to litter train and raise. These baby raccoon videos break my heart. I feel so bad for the orphanes and the lack of understanding they get from us.
