hey, can someone tell me, what is the difference in bosses in general difficulty in general between normal, veteran, and hypermode difficulties? I can't seem to see any.

Genetically it alters their attack power, defenses and sometimes speed. Perhaps their reaction time too.

Activating HM actually grants you Invulnerability, as you only drain HP when you shoot. Simply activating it for defensive means is quite handy.

I never managed to get propper Screw Attacks in on her, her moves are way too unpredictable... :S

I kicked gandraydas ASS on hypermode. the strategy is to NOT use your hyper mode ability, when she enters hyper mode, avoid her attacks until shes out and attack her.

Your on your own on the ghor, swarmbot, berserker lord, samus - G parts.

I love using the screw attack on gandryda. I think this is my favorite battle in the game,since you have so many options for combat at your disposal by this point. What was your favorite battle?

darkboy let me give u advice use it if u want but when she goes invisble look at the floor and look for the purple spashed and shoot there i it will b tough the first time but u will get better at it plus u wont risk the blurry screen

I took 20 or 30 minutes to beat her on Hypermode. Then again, my fighting style is much more defensive and "grinding." But it's also that I can't aim very well with the Screw Attack, and my thumb isn't as fast either.

But I digress. You mopped the floor with Rundas-G, and you were pretty damn brutal when it came to hitting HM Gandrayda with constant attacks. 5:26 was sick; you didn't even lock on.

When they make another Metroid game (if not for Wii, then their next system, hopefully Virtual Reality-ish) I think they should put multiplayer back in there. Just make it better so it doesnt suck (like Metroid Prime 2's MP). And if not maybe Co-op? Online?

Thats not true. She moves too fast making it impossible to hit. Also in her other forms there not weak to Phazon.

Berserker-G is immune to the Phazon shot until the Orbs are shot back, which takes time to produce.

Aerotrooper-G can break lock on.

Rundas-G is weak to Plasma, not Phazon.

Ghor G can close its weak point, making the Corrupt a waste.

Samus G moves too fast and breaks lock on.

Gandrayda HM is TOO FAST and can go invisibile.

Yeah once you pass the game for the tenth time you can shoot that fast (like me). The plasma beam actually has a faster rate of fire then the power beam.
