what you are watching is clips from the OVA 4 episode series Nightwarriors, which is based on the first 2 games of the fighting game series Darkstalkers. there is a third game which was made after the anime was, and some of the characters like Morrigan appear in numerous cross-overs, even including the RPG game Cross-Edge which comes out on the 27th of this month (along with Lilith, Jedah, Demitri, and Felicia)
