Hey, at least it's a flying DC-8. Missed these very much and now 2 are base at EBOS and 1 at EBLG. And I'm living in Belgium, can you feel what I mean :D

Its not the look of the airplane that determines its airworthiness, its the carrier that owns it and how well they take care of it. If they have shoddy maintenance then itd be unsafe..Just because its old doesnt mean its unsafe. Id trust a tried and true airplane like this DC8 over a brand new aircraft ANY DAY!!!!!
Such a beautiful design. Love the symetry and contours of the nose. Too bad many modern airliners lack the grace and look..well.. dull. Thanks for sharing.
