  • @tornado1994: don't forget clamhead on jabberjaw(that might be a bit obscure, but Barry Gordon did voice that character).

  • happy birthday barry gordon.

    3-10-1992

  • Barry Gordon is one funny dude. He should do more acting and I wish his political show was more well-know and watched more.

  • Hey, it's "Donetello and Junior Wetworth!

  • @Tornado1994 .....and Rob Simmons from Mighty Orbots! Mighty Orbots--Unite!!

  • @dndrequiem And the Quik Bunny!!!

  • @Tornado1994 Right on! Gotta have that Nestle Quik! :)

  • @Tornado1994 Even April O'Neil (Renae Jacobs) also appeared on a game show, "Masters of the Maze" by JD Roth as that lady who would appear before contestants started their run and toward the end of the maze when giving some instructions.

  • As soon as "Jingle" came up, I instantly thought "_____ Bells."

  • Interesting -- not just the gameplay, but the "New $25,000 Pyramid" plaque has a pointed tip. I never knew that, and as far as I can tell it was gone by 12/6/82 (Florence Henderson/Tom Reilly).

Well, it's going on Wikipedia's page about the "Pyramid" history and set changes. :-)

By the way, this is from the first week of the "New" title (November 8-12, 1982). Your videos are awesome, Jamie -- and I still haven't caught up with your new uploads!

  • And you know what, like the 2 months rent, the Shares of Stock doesn't even get shown at the end of this episode either. I didn't know some Mystery 7 bonus prizes that's home payment-related isn't shown at the end of the episode because prior to October 22, 1984, all Mystery 7 bonus prizes that were won were shown at the end.

  • Jamie thanks for you videos once again, but I got to make correction for you. You assume that if he held those 25 shares of stock today they would be (@ $8.97) worth $224.25. There is something called a stock split where the company declares that for now every share will be divided into 3 shares (so if you own 25 shares at that time you would now own 75 shares). Since 1982, Xerox has had a 3:1 split and a 2:1 split. So, if he kept those shares he would now own 150 shares now worth $1,345.50.

  • You're absolutely right. I didn't even consider the possibility of the stock split. I stand very much corrected! Thanks for the info!
