Hey if  you delete a dsi app you downloaded of the dsi shop do you still get the dsi points back or only the blocks?

neither, u can download the game that u deleted again for free

No you will not get the points back but you can re download the game at anytime.The only way to get more points is by a credit card or getting a pre-paid card from...gamestop ect.
